We try very hard to accommodate your mistakes as well as ours. Here is an overview of our returns policy. Keep in mind that we do try very hard to satisfy each & every customer. We have never had a customer complaint over a return or exchange issue.

After the 30 days of purchase check with the manufacturer on your item for warranty help.

Wrong Parts Ordered:

• Please check for the correct make and model on your item prior to ordering and be sure to select the correct item.
• If you are not sure which item to select, contact us and ask. We are not responsible for your selection of the wrong item.

Exchange items Terms and Conditions. We will exchange items if:

• the items were ordered in error if we have the correct item in stock;
• the buyer contacts us to inform us of the need for an exchange and to obtain an RMA number;
• the buyer ships the item back to us with all original materials (item, parts, packaging, instructions, etc.), encloses a copy of the original invoice, and writes the RMA number on your shipping label;

We suggest you use a shipper with tracking capabilities. Shipping cost for return of the item is at the purchasers' expense.

Depending upon the weight of the item additional shipping charges to ship another item back to you may be required. We will let you know when you call for your RMA number.

Items returned damaged or with parts missing will not be exchanged.

Defective Parts:

• Parts that are defective will be exchanged within 30 days of your purchase date.
• Please contact us to inform us of the defective part & request an exchange.
• We will send you the replacement item with a return packet enclosed for you to send the defective part back to us.
• Ship the part back to us with all original materials (item, parts, packaging, instructions, etc.)

Returns for Refund:

• If you ordered the wrong item and we don't have the item you need or you just decide that you don't want the item you ordered you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please be aware that we DO NOT refund shipping costs.
• Items being returned for refund must be received by us in original salable condition with all original parts and packing.
• Full refund, less shipping, handling and restock fee of 10% ($5 minimum) will be made by the method you originally used to make your purchase.
• For items with "free shipping" the amount of our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
• Shipping cost for return of the item is at the purchasers' expense.
• We suggest you use a shipper with some form of tracking.

Orders are received and processed daily. We may require 1 to 2 business days for processing before orders are shipped.

Items on back order are ordered from the manufacturer and shipped as soon as we receive them. Delivery time varies from 2 to 6 weeks depending on manufacturer.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the size of your order.
