This is a drop-in solid stainless steel replacement for your Sig P220 or P226 factory guide rod. These are some of the highest quality guide rods on the market today. They are made from high quality 304 stainless steel and machined to exacting factory specifications and work with both factory and aftermarket recoil springs. Stainless guide rods are solid and will not bend or distort like a factory plastic guide rod.
