This is a New Production Magpul Grip - New material and New texture.  The Magpul MIAD grip concept provides a very comfortable, ergonomic grip for maximum control and comfort by using interchangable components on the front strap and back strap of the grip to achieve a custom fit.  Additionally, it has a storage compartment with interchangeable cores to hold different accessories.  The MIAD Basic Kit consists of the Main Grip Body, F1, F2 Front Straps, B1, B2, B3 Back Straps and a Basic core plug with a 3 round holder.  Other Magpul MIAD grip cores are available seperately with spare bolt or battery holders.
