| LEO Telescoping Stock Adapter for Remington 870 Shotguns
This is the aluminum adapter that attaches to the rear of your shotgun receiver and has mounting points for an AR-15 style collapsable stock and an AR-15 style pistol grip. It is also compatible with Enidine Shot Shock for a recoil reducing stock on your shotgun for use with any mil-spec collapsable AR style stock.
The LEO model is a simplified stock adapter for the Remington 870 shotgun. It features a lowered stock elevation allowing the use of iron sights or even a bead sight as well as low mounted optical sights. The LEO stock kit includes a Quick Detachable sling swivel on each side of the stock adapter. The concept behind the telescoping stock system is simple: the shotgun’s factory stock is replaced by an aluminum adapter, to which standard AR-15 grips and telescoping buttstocks can be securely attached. All Mesa Tactical stock adapters are investment cast aircraft aluminum, which are then CNC machined before being anodized with a Type III Class 2 mil-spec finish. Mesa Tactical parts are guaranteed for life.
Use this adapter as the base for your own custom stock kit for your shotgun. You can attach any AR-15 collapsable stock to this adapter such as a Magpul CTR or ACS, Vltor MOD or EMOD, LMT SOPMOD, standard M4 butt stock and many others. Any AR-15 pistol grip that does not have a high beavertail on the back of the grip will fit this adapter.
