| Primary Weapons Systems (PWS) FSC FAL Compensator
This compensator was designed specifically for the .308 cal / 7.62mm metric FAL series of rifles made by FN, DSA and others. It utilizes the same design features of the FSC series of tactical compensators made by Primary Weapons. It provides significant reduction in recoil as well as effective flash reduction to enhance shooting performance. This device does not completely eliminate the flash and for this reason it is not considered at flash suppressing device by the Federal BATFE. However, the reduction in flash is noticeable especially compared to other muzzle brakes. The FSC FAL is most similar in size to the FSC556 and FSC47 compensators and is threaded 9/16x24 Left Hand to fit all metric pattern FAL type rifles.
Due to the way gases are allowed to expand and then vented out of this compensator, the actual increase in noise level to the shooter is much less than most other available muzzle brakes.
