We only carry products that really work, are well made, and that our customers are very satisfied with. If we ever have a part that doesn't perform as advertised or has reliability problems, it is removed from our inventory.
Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days when in stock. We keep the availability of parts as current and accurate as possible on the site. Availability is listed on each part. We do not normally accept backorders. If for some reason we sell more than we have in inventory, we will contact the customer to inform them of the situation and see how they want to proceed. For our sake and that of our customers, we try to keep that to an absolute minimum. If you are unsure of stock status or want to confirm it, please just email us or give us a call and we will be happy to confirm how many are in stock for you.
Most of our parts allow our customers the option of shipping via USPS Priority Mail or by any FEDEX service available. Priority mail is normally reliable and cost effective and usually delivers within 2-3 days of shipping anywhere in the USA. When we ship via Priority mail, we always use delivery confirmation and that tracking number will be posted on your account which is viewable when you logon. For high value orders, we strongly recommend the use of FEDEX instead of USPS. This is due to FEDEX being far more responsive to finding lost packages and paying insurance claims for lost packages. For more expensive packages it only makes sense to have the most secure means of shipping. FEDEX tracking numbers are also posted on your account when shipped and can be viewed when you logon. All orders with a value of over $200.00 are shipped with Signature Required upon receipt. This is to reduce lost packages. If your order is over $200 and you need it to be delivered without a Signature, you can request that in your order notes if you are confident of the security of the delivery location and take responsibility for that decision. Orders over $500 will be shipped via FEDEX at our discretion and they require signature confirmation on all packages with a value over $500. If a part you order does not give you shipping options, but only shows a fixed "handling" fee, that is because it is a drop-ship item. What this means is that we will ship that part directly from the manufacturer to you using UPS Ground. Drop-ship items normally ship within 1-2 business days and we will post the tracking number on your account. There are only a couple parts on our website that are drops shipped. 99% of our products are in stock in at our location. You also have the option of In Store Pickup - 320 Bayshore Drive, Suite C, Niceville, FL 32578. All orders with shipping marked for In Store Pickup need to be picked up by the purchaser (photo id required) during business hours (Tues, Wed and Fri 1pm - 5pm or Sat 9am - 1pm CST) within two weeks of the date the order is placed. We do not sell or ship products outside of the United States of America and its territories for any reason. We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. This is due to many of our products being export restricted as per ITAR regulations.

We always back the products we sell 100%. If it doesn't work or is defective in anyway, you can return it for a full refund. Just give us a call for an RMA#. If you ordered the wrong part and need to return it, just give us a call for an RMA# and return it to us for a refund. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, just call us and we will take care of you. Shipping charges are not refundable unless they are due to a mistake we made in which case we will cover shipping charges.
Hours of Operation: Online store is available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. Administrative support for the online store is available Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm CST. Our physical location store hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 1pm - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm CST. We are closed on all major holidays. If you place an order outside of store hours, on a major holiday, or on a weekend, your order will be processed the next business day.
