Effective December 30, 2010 Recoil Reduction Technologies, LLC changed it's name to Para Bellum Products, Inc. We are still the same great store with the same owners.
To provide shooters with the best recoil reducing products available combined with outstanding customer service. We are shooters and we want to help fellow shooters solve their recoil problems to make their shooting more effective and more enjoyable.
Decades of shooting experience from 20 years of active duty Marine Corps experience in combat arms, competative shooting experience in Military and civilian competitions, and numerous shooting schools and courses is applied to bring you knowledgeable service and high quality products. This shooting experience includes: over a dozen Marine Corps rifle and pistol expert awards, shooting team captain of 2nd MARDIV and MARFORLANT winning shooting teams in rifle and pistol, extensive training in machine gunnery and tank gunnery including "Hotshot" awards and high scoring tank crew awards, sniper platoon commander in special operations overseas deployments, front line combat experience, IPSC competition, private shooting instruction, multiple shooting courses in rifle, shotgun and handgun at places like Thunder Ranch, Gunsite and others, skeet and sporting clays experience and generally a lifetime of shooting for fun. We are still learning all the time and we learn a lot from our customers. We do all we can to stay up to date on the latest shooting techniques, guns and accessories in order to better serve our customers.
We carry only the highest quality and most effective products available. We are always searching for new and innovative products that bring new capabilities to our customers and keep us on the cutting edge of technology. We only carry products that really work and that our customers are very satisfied with. If we ever have a part that doesn't perform as advertised or has reliability problems, it is removed from our inventory.
Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days when in stock. We keep the availability of parts as current and accurate as possible on the site. Availability is listed on each part. If you are unsure of stock status or want to confirm it, please just email us or give us a call and we will be happy to confirm it for you. If we our out of stock of something when you order it or for any reason there will be a delay in shipping your parts, we will make every attempt to contact you via email or phone to inform you of the status of your order.
Most of our parts allow our customers the option of shipping via USPS Priority Mail or by any FEDEX service available. Priority mail is normally reliable and cost effective and usually delivers within 2-3 days of shipping. When we ship via Priority mail, we always use delivery confirmation and that number will be posted on your account which is viewable when you logon. However, for more expensive orders over $100 and especially those orders over $200, we strongly recommend the use of FEDEX instead of USPS. This is due to FEDEX being far more responsive to finding lost packages and paying insurance claims for lost packages. For more expensive packages it only makes sense to have the most secure means of shipping. FEDEX tracking numbers are also posted on your account when shipped and can be viewed when you logon. If a part you order does not give you shipping options, but only shows a fixed "handling" fee, that is because it is a drop-ship item. What this means is that we will ship that part directly from the manufacturer to you using UPS Ground. Drop-ship items normally ship within 1-2 business days. We do not sell or ship products outside of the United States of America and its territories for any reason.

The president and owner of Para Bellum Products, Inc. (formerly known as Recoil Reduction Technologies, LLC) is a Marine Corps combat veteran with 20 years of active duty service and we believe in living by principles like integrity, honor and dependability. We take care of our customers and we back our products 100%. Your personal information will never be sold or given to anyone who is not directly involved with fulfilling your order. When you place an order on our website, your credit card number is not kept on file or even seen by us. We know that privacy and security is very important to our customers and we honor that.
We always back the products we sell 100%. If it doesn't work or is defective in anyway, you can return it for a full refund. If you ordered the wrong part and need to return it, there will normally be a 10% restocking fee. The reason for this is that we get charged by the credit card processing company for both the purchase and the refund, plus it takes us time and money to handle the order and the return. So please take the time to make sure you order the right part. If any problem was in any way due to a mistake by us, then there will, of course, be no fee. If you are even unsure of which part to order, just call us or email us and we will be glad to help you out.
Hours of Operation:
The store is manned Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST). We are closed on weekends and all major holidays. If you place an order outside of store hours, on a major holiday, or on a weekend, your order will be processed the next business day. If you need a rush on your order, just put that in the order comments when you place your order and we will do what we can to meet your needs.
