We only carry products that really work, are well made, and that our customers are very satisfied with. If we ever have a part that doesn't perform as advertised or has reliability problems, it is removed from our inventory.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days when in stock. We keep the availability of parts as current and accurate as possible on the site. Availability is listed on each part. We do not normally accept backorders unless we have confirmed that the product is available or enroute to us to avoid long backorder situations. For parts that are out of stock, they will normally have an "email me when back in stock" option for immediate product alerts when back in stock. If you wish to confirm availability please just email us and we will be happy to confirm how many are in stock for you.
Most of our parts allow our customers the option of shipping via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or FEDEX Home Delivery. First Class Mail is normally reliable and is the most inexpensive option, usually costing around $3-5 and usually is delivered within 3-5 days after shipment. All First Class Mail shipments have tracking numbers for shipment tracking. Priority mail is normally reliable and cost effective and is our fastest option, usually delivers within 2 days of shipment east of the Rocky Mountains and 3 days west of the Rocky Mountains. When we ship via Priority mail, we always use delivery confirmation and that tracking number will be posted on your account which is viewable when you logon. For high value orders, we recommend the use of FEDEX instead of USPS. This is due to FEDEX being more responsive to finding lost packages and paying insurance claims for lost packages. For more expensive packages it only makes sense to have the most secure means of shipping. FEDEX tracking numbers are also posted on your account when shipped and can be viewed when you logon. Orders with a value of over $200.00 are normally shipped with Signature Required upon receipt unless requested otherwise. If your order is over $200 and you need it to be delivered without a Signature, you can request that in your order notes if you are confident of the security of the delivery location and take responsibility for that decision. Orders over $500 will be shipped via FEDEX at our discretion and they require signature confirmation on all packages with a value over $500. We do not sell or ship products outside of the United States of America for any reason. We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

We always back the products we sell 100%. If it doesn't work or is defective in anyway, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. If you ordered the wrong part and need to return it or exchange it for a different size or model, you may do so. To return a product simply mail it back to our PO Box address with a copy of your order and a note with it as to what you need done. You do not need to call ahead for authorization to return your product. Shipping charges are not refundable unless they are due to a mistake we made in which case we will cover shipping charges.
