Refunds and Returns
All items we sell have a minimum 30-day
money back guarantee from us unless otherwise noted on the product page. If you
wish to return an item for refund or exchange it must be done within the
30 days of the purchase date. We do not refund shipping costs unless they are due to a mistake on our part. We make every effort to accommodate your mistakes as well as ours and make the process as simple as possible for you. If returning, please include the product in the original manufacturer's packaging and include a copy of your order and a note as to what you need us to do such as refund the order or exchange it for a different product.

Returns for Refund:
- If you ordered the wrong item and we don't have the item you need or
you just decide that you don't want the item you ordered you can return
it for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date.

- Items being returned for refund must be received by us in new condition with all original parts and packaging.
- Full refund of purchase price, less shipping, will be made using the payment method you originally used to make your
- We suggest you use a shipper with some form of tracking if you are not returning the product to our physical store location.
- Items returned damaged or with parts missing will not be refunded.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original order number.
- We will exchange parts as desired by the customer if the customer ships the item back to us in new condition with all original materials
(item, parts, packaging, instructions, etc.). Upon receipt of returned parts, we will ship out requested parts of equal or lesser value and refund the difference if applicable.
- If you need to make an exchange for another part of greater value, we will refund your returned item and will need to place a new order for the new item of greater value. This is because we never add to the payment authorization of an existing order after it has been placed.
- We suggest you use a shipper with tracking capabilities.
- Shipping costs for return of the unwanted part to us is at the customer's expense.
- Items returned damaged or with parts missing will not be exchanged.
- Parts that are defective can be exchanged within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Some parts carry a longer warranty, so if in doubt, call us.

- We will send you a return label for you to send the defective part back to us and a replacement product if possible.
