KYNSHOT - Hydraulic Recoil Buffer for AR-10 with collapsible stock (2.5")

In our experience, this is the softest running AR buffer on the market. It shock absorbs more than any other buffer design and makes a noticeable difference in recoil and shot recovery. Reduce felt recoil, improve reliability, reduce bolt carrier speed, reduce wear on parts, reduce shock and vibration to optics, and suppress bolt bounce with this simple drop-in replacement. Designed for AR-10 rifles with a collapsible stock and an AR-15 length buffer tube which is common on many AR-10 type rifles. This buffer has a piston that is hydraulically dampened to absorb the shock of impact from the bolt carrier's rearward motion and to prevent bolt bounce as a new cartridge is chambered. You will feel less recoil and smoother operation with this buffer and you will see less movement of your sights during recoil for faster shot to shot recovery time.

This buffer is made to the highest possible quality and durability standards. Can take all the punishment your rifle can dish out. Constructed using 17-4 Stainless Steel and is built to outlast your gun. The hydraulic seal and porting technology used in this buffer has been thoroughly proven which is why the warranty on this buffer is as impressive as it is. Designed for 7.62mm/.308 AR type rifles with an M4 size buffer tube which is 7" long on the inside (instead of 7.75" for Armalite AR-10 buffer tube). DPMS LR-308 with collapsible stock will need this buffer. The best reference is that it replaces factory buffers that are 2.5" in length.

Works with factory buffer spring. Or for best performance improvement use this buffer with a more durable Sprinco .308 Carbine Extra Power Buffer Spring (their Orange Spring), or a JP Tuned and Polished 308 carbine buffer spring which will run the most quiet.

Hydro buffer

I own eight hydro buffers. Six are KynSHOT. One is on a AR-15 pistol 2 on M-4's 2 on .308 3 on AR-15's 16,18, and 22 match. The one I just purchased is for a 6.5 creedmoor 24 ultra match build. I am a 32year retired disabled Veteran. I wish these existed during the early years of my service. I can reacquisition targets faster and shock recover time is nonexistent for larger calibers. I can fire my AR pistol with one hand with very little rise. It is almost impossible to compete in 3 gun competition without a hydro buffer. One of my kynSHOTs has about 7k rounds through it with no issues. I live in the mountains with extreme winters and have been paying close attention to hydrolic failure in the cold. So far I'm a fan and so is everyone I send to kynSHOT. Thank you. I would also like to ask if you can donate a 2.5 .308 buffer to the my local church for reviews among the congregation. Definitely feel a difference

Got one for my PSA AR10 and it made a considerable difference in felt recoil. Just to make sure I switched back to the standard buffer and yep there is definitely a difference between the two. Kynshot hydraulic buffer works.

I want to thank you for great advice on the 2.5 KynShot Hydraulic Recoil Buffer for my LR-10 DPMS Oracle! Installed with polished buffer spring just as described. Great packing, service, and retrieval time. You have my patronage from now on. Just got back from the range and this installation was all it was described it would be. This combination reduced felt recoil by 60% and lessened vertical uplift of my barrel! I would recommend this to anyone that wishes more comfort while shooting with their LR-10! Very satisfied!!

An Absolute Blast!

Team, took the Smith & Wesson M&P 308 to the range with all my new parts (KynShot Buffer, JP Spring and Limbsaver Pad for Magpul Stock) and had an absolute blast! Great buy from a great company

I have this on a set up with a JP tuned Spring and a Sentry 7 had block on my AR10 and it shoots like a dream! I am definitely getting one for my AR15. By the way the guys at nokick.com have really great customer service, and got my part out to me very quickly...Thanks Guys!!
